Media Seller Take Down Policy
- If concerns are raised through The MediaGrid’s own discovery, or by The MediaGrid’s clients or partners, that any content does not comply with The MediaGrid’s sell-side policies or is otherwise considered by The MediaGrid as unacceptable, The MediaGrid reserves the right to disable the availability of such content to Media Buyers that are connected to The MediaGrid Platform using The MediaGrid’s Platform controls.
- Enforcement of this policy shall be on a case-by-case basis, and shall be at The MediaGrid’s sole discretion. Where The MediaGrid considers infringement of The MediaGrid’s sell-side policies to be serious, we reserve the right to suspend the infringing publisher temporarily or permanently.
- Should you have a concern regarding ad content appearing on inappropriate inventory, please contact trading@themediagrid.com.
- The MediaGrid reserves the right to amend this policy from time to time as required.
