Effective communication is absolutely crucial for success. As a client you would typically have a direct line of communication with developers assigned to your project. We use a number of different tools to make this process more efficient, such as:

• issue tracking and project management systems, such as RT, JIRA
• shared project design boards, based on a wiki system. This wiki contains all types of project documentation and is linked to the issue tracking system.
• weekly project reports
